  • Guest：7 days all-inclusive. Rooms big with balcony. Beds reasonably comfortable. Plenty of gel, shampoo etc. Shower powerful. Glass shower screen over bath difficult to use - stiff. No stippled base to bath or rubber bath mat. Difficult to get in and out of the bath especially if you can't open the shower screen. Chambermaid daily service good. Food - out of this world! 3 separate counters for 20-30 selections - fish, meat, veggie. Cheese, fruit, salad, ice cream serveries enormous. Food choices change every day. Fruit juice and coffee machines everywhere. You can essentially eat all day across 2 locations. Not much entertainment at the hotel but down the road is everything you could wish for - bars, restaurants and shops. 150 meters from beach where they have a Beach bar, but you have to pay there. Beach 8 km, 5 miles long and wide - golden sand - must be one of the best in Europe. The local strip is 15 minutes walk. Train along the front or local buses so plenty of transport options, including endless taxis. Range of guest demographics - all catered for.
  • Guest：A lovely 2 weeks stay, rooms fine & clean, no complaints on food lots of choice and pizzas throughout the day are lovely! Animation team were brilliant my daughter especially loved mini club with arianda! Animation work so hard morning to night! Soft drinks were all branded, alcoholic drinks were brilliant never waited in lines, never experienced any rude staff they were all fine. Clean towel service around the pool was great. All round a great place.
  • Guest：Stayed here with family quick check in room was good ,the restaurant had a great selection of food I've stayed in plenty of hotels and this had the best selection ,the pool snack bar had lovely pizzas and small selection of food and fruit and also ice cream that finished about 4.30.The animation team were really hard working and tried their best to get people to join in the games they all seemed nice .The nighttime entertainment was mainly the animation team doing shows but they did have live music a couple of times.I found all the staff really nice and polite never had a problem with anyone. Just outside the hotel at the back is a lovely beach with beach bars shops and fun pubs with bingo and karaoke it's a nice walk along the beach area lots of sunbeds aswell belonging to the hotel which are free in a certain area. Overall it's a lovely hotel to stay the drinks were good aswell, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
  • Guest：Just left Helena Resort after 10 nights here On arrival the process of checking in was straightforward. The room we had was spacious and just the right temperature due to the aircon. We had a balcony,the view not so good but was rarely out there. The bathroom was fine,shower was powerful. One thing that could’ve improved the bathroom would’ve been some Hand soap like there is in all the toilets outside the room I was wary about the food situation as I’m very fussy,but I have to say I ate extremely well during my stay,the main restaurant had so much to choose from,the staff in there worked very hard and are a credit to the hotel and the Blue Lagoon snack bar by the pool was very nice,with a lot of variety The drinks were the only letdown for me,2 of my friends only drink Cider and when ordering one on the first day,they had never heard of that drink so had to drink cocktails (which they enjoyed) and soft drinks The pool was okay,a little cold when you get in but you got used to it. There were plenty of sun loungers The Animation team were good,they tried their best to get people involved but going by who was here they just wanted a quiet holiday The sister hotel (not all inclusive) looked very nice,with a much nicer pool. We could use the indoor pool there but we didn’t There was also a gym,sauna and massage there but declined All in all I enjoyed my time here and I’d definitely recommend it to everyone
